Warranty
E-C Eng. & Mfg. warrants the company’s
products and parts are free from defects in materials
and workmanship under normal use or service
for one year following the initial date of purchase.
E-C Eng. & Mfg. will repair or replace, at E-C Eng.
& Mfg’s option, any part that is defective
in materials or workmanship. All warranty requests or
claims must be made no later than 30 days following
the end of the warranty period. This warranty applies
only to products manufactured by E-C Eng. & Mfg.
and specifically excludes products manufactured by others.
Products not manufactured by E-C Eng. & Mfg. are
warranted only to the extent and in the manner warranted
to E-C Eng. & Mfg. by the manufacturer.
E-C Eng. & Mfg. make no other
warranty, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim
all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose. E-C Eng. & Mfg. does NOT provide
warranty for products subjected to abnormal use, to
include (but not limited to) misuse, accident, modification,
unreasonable use, neglect, lack of maintenance or use
of a significantly worn tool.
E-C Eng. & Mfg. shall not
be liable for any incidental, special, consequential
costs or damages incurred by the purchaser or others,
to include (but not limited to) lost profits, revenues,
business opportunities or goodwill, interruption of
business and any other injury or damage.
